2.To meet the public's information requests in cases like terror, epidemic, flood, earthquake, etc. to inform the public about health institutions and organizations, diseases, prevention, and treatment methods. To avoid panic, maintaining crisis management and crisis communication.
3.To evaluate the applications submitted to the SABIM (Ministry of Health Communication Center)
4.To follow and evaluate the subjects within SABİM's field of activity in social media.
5.To evaluate the citizen applications from the Presidential Communication Center (CIMER).
6.To evaluate the applications of the citizens who request information from the website of the Ministry of Health.
7.With the Meeting Point on Health Application (Sağlıkta Buluşma Noktası "SBN") collecting and transferring the issues, suggestions, and demands directly to the Minister and relevant units and personnel.
8.Conducting the social media accounts of the Ministry.
